Payments for services are processed securely via Stripe. It is your responsibility to keep payment information up-to-date to avoid service interruptions. Payment-related data is handled according to TUKIOO’s Privacy Policy and processed solely for the purposes of secure transactions.

3. Refunds

Once a subscription or ticket is purchased, no refunds are available through TUKIOO unless required by law. For ticket refunds, please contact the event organizer directly, as each organizer has their own refund policy.

We grant you a limited, non-transferable license to use TUKIOO solely for personal or professional purposes related to events and gatherings. Unauthorized use or duplication of TUKIOO’s features or content is strictly prohibited.
