These Terms and Conditions of Sale (CGV) govern the contractual relationship between NOSKUA SRL, operating under the trade name Tukioo, and any individual or business entity (hereinafter referred to as “the Client”) who wishes to use our services. These services include ticket purchases for events, subscriptions for event management, and the use of TUKIOO’s event management and networking features.

1. Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions

By confirming an order, subscription, or using the event networking and management features, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions without reservation.

2. Products and Services

2.1 For Event Participants
NOSKUA SRL offers a range of services for participants, including:

  • Ticket Purchases: Clients can purchase tickets for events organized by third parties, available on the TUKIOO website, platform, and mobile app.
  • Event Information Access: Participants can view essential event information, such as event details, schedules, and maps with points of interest, with the option to use Google or Apple Maps for directions.
  • Personalized Notifications and Recommendations: Participants receive event notifications for events they have registered for, as well as recommendations for other events tailored to their preferences.
  • Networking and Community Events: TUKIOO enables participants to connect, either in groups or individually, during events. NOSKUA SRL acts solely as a technical facilitator for these meetups and is not responsible for any outcomes.

2.2 For Event Organizers
NOSKUA SRL offers subscription services that allow event organizers access to TUKIOO’s event management, ticketing, communication with participants, and community event networking features.

3. Orders and Subscriptions

3.1 For Event Participants
The Client must create an account on TUKIOO to access services, such as purchasing tickets and joining networking activities. The information provided must be accurate to ensure proper use of the platform.

3.2 For Event Organizers
Organizers must create an account and subscribe to access event management and organizational features.

4. Prices and Payment

4.1 For Event Participants
Ticket prices are displayed in euros (€), inclusive of VAT, and are subject to change. Payment is made online via Stripe, our secure payment gateway.

4.2 For Event Organizers
Subscriptions are billed in euros (€), inclusive of VAT, and may be billed annually or monthly. NOSKUA SRL reserves the right to change subscription rates, but any changes will be communicated before a new subscription or renewal.

5. Ticket Delivery and Access to Services

5.1 For Event Participants
Tickets are accessible in the Client’s TUKIOO account or via the mobile app. A confirmation email is sent after purchase.

5.2 For Event Organizers
Access to TUKIOO’s features is granted immediately upon subscription confirmation, subject to payment.

6. Right of Withdrawal

6.1 For Event Participants
In accordance with Belgian and European law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to tickets for specific events.

6.2 For Event Organizers
Subscriptions may be canceled with a one-month notice before the end of the current period. No refunds are available before the end of the initial subscription period.

7. Liability

7.1 For Event Participants and Networking Activities
TUKIOO serves as a facilitator for networking and community events organized through the app. All interactions or meetups are solely the responsibility of the participants involved. NOSKUA SRL accepts no liability for disputes, damages, or incidents occurring between users.

7.2 For Event Organizers
Organizers are entirely responsible for the events they organize and for interactions between participants.

Special Clause for Networking Features
TUKIOO’s networking feature enables users to arrange meetups, either in groups or one-on-one. TUKIOO does not guarantee the safety or quality of these meetings and assumes no responsibility for participant behavior. By using this feature, the Client acknowledges that TUKIOO is merely a technical facilitator and releases NOSKUA SRL from any liability arising from meetups organized via the platform.

8. Personal Data Protection

In accordance with our Privacy Policy, Client data is used for transaction management. The Client has the right to access, modify, and delete their data.

9. Intellectual Property

All elements of the TUKIOO site are protected by intellectual property laws and remain the property of NOSKUA SRL.

10. Disputes and Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Belgian law, and any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Brussels.
